There was a construction taking place two houses from mine. Their machine struck the wires, causing a power outage throughout the block. I was in the middle of a criminology exam when it stopped loading and shut down due to the lack of wifi. I tried to explain the situation to my teacher, but she refused, and I received a zero.

The same thing happened to me as well during an exam, but when I explained the whole situation to my teacher she understood me and accepted my late submission.
