I used to always go to sleep very late with me doing homework or playing games and always the next day I am always sleepy while in class and it has affected me very badly.

Hi, nice drawing! This really depicts what happens when we are lack of sleep. Sometimes, I just stare at the screen and the next thing I know is that I wake up ten minutes later!

I believe most people feel more productive at night than in the morning. I was one of them as well. I know how hard it gets when you have to get up early the next day. Changing the schedule has helped me, and I hope it does for you.
