I recently moved into a new house, and I tried to set up my Wi-Fi connection through Freedom. I was told that I would be receiving a router in the mail within 3 days. After a week it had not arrived, so I called Freedom to ask for an update. I was transferred 10 different times during the call, and nobody was able to find my internet account or provide me with any information or help. I was very upset because I had been without Wi-Fi for the entire week and decided to switch to Shaw.
