Anxiety Conclusions

I was trying to portray how anxiety about literally anything and anything can make someone jump to conclusions, often the conclusion for lots on anxiety is “I’m gonna die”. Logically, we know this isn’t true, but every time anxiety spikes it comes back to jump to extreme conclusions.

    Ye, I totally understand you. Sometimes you think about the worse but it is just mainly based on your current emotions.
