When I am out at a store or when I am entering or leaving a building in general (that does not have an automated door), I usually try to hold the door open for the next person coming in or leaving.

While reading your story I recalled a funny incident when I opened the door (of a convenience store) for a lady .. she noticed it but didn’t say thankyou or passed no kind gesture .. instead walked outside the store with full pride .. 😅😂
