Before taking this course, I found myself to be unhappy and questioning the different aspects of psychology. After going through the content of this course and completing the Get Cape project, I find myself to be more knowledgeable and happy. During the Get Cape project, I found a wellness practice, that I still do sometimes, that improves my happiness. Also, the content we learned from the textbook has allowed me to better understand how my brain works in order to be a better student.
