There was a night when I could not seem to fall asleep no matter what I tried. I tried meditation, sleeping pills etc. and finally ended up walking around my house attempting to make myself tired. That was the last thing I remembered until I woke up in the morning sleeping on the couch next to my great dane (Jersey.)
