When I used to feel a little bit stressed and uneasy, my friends in high school would say the expression, ālet your hair down.ā What they mean by it is to take a second and relax. Fast forward to about a week ago, my co-worker and I created this joke where when weāre done our shifts, we will literally put our hair down as a sign of relief and relaxation after a full day of work.
