Epic research fail

When I worked at a grocery store, our printers would malfunction all the time. I was responsible for calling tech support; one time, I asked for the wrong information and had to call them back several times before we resolved the issue.

    Sometimes it’s so hard to manage these sorts of situations when you need to fix something quick. Especially in the workplace.

    During research, it might need multiple attempts to get to the final results. We have to try and adjust to find the accurate or main direction for the research. I guess in your case, the tech support is your research engine.
