At the start of this semester/this course. I would often stay up super late worrying about getting my work done and just because I could not fall asleep. A big milestone for me was finishing the Get Cape project and I realized that I was relying too much on technology rather than myself to get things done. After I made the change of not going on my phone as often, I was able to get my work done and get a good nights sleep.
